Is the zipline safe?

We use state of the art equipment and replace the equipment if any signs of wear appear. Everything has been properly engineered, and all of our equipment is inspected daily by our trained staff.  SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY!

Do we need reservations?

YES! ALL OF OUR TOURS ARE BY RESERVATION ONLY. Due to limited availability and high demand, we recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible.

What is a zipline?

A series of cables connected by platforms make a Zipline.

How long and high are the zipline runs?

400-1,100 feet long, Total of over 2,500 feet. 60-350 feet in the air.

Is there much hiking?

We have kept the hiking to a very minimum.

Are there weight restrictions?

There are weight restrictions of a minimum of 70 pounds and maximum of 270 Pounds. We do have some options for people less than 70 pounds.

How do we get to the Launch Camp?

Our 4X4 shuttle picks you up in the designated parking area at the base of the mountain and takes you to the Launch Camp at the top of the mountain.

What should we wear?

You are required to have close-toed shoes to protect your feet. Wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather.

How long will the tour last?

The tour takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to complete.

What type of payment is accepted?

We accept cash and take all major credit cards including American Express.

Should we tip the guides?

Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated.
